After 360 degree videos, Facebook CEO yesterday introduced a new feature to post 360 degree photos to the ever popular social networking site. To create these, you can simply click a panorama to record all 360 degrees of a scene simultaneously. This means that when the picture is posted on Facebook, viewers can choose what angle they want to see it from. On the web, this is done by dragging around the picture with your cursor. On mobile devices, viewers can drag with their finger — or even just turn their device. 360 degree viewing is currently allowed on the web and on Android and iOS devices. We at WhiteSparrow believe that with Facebook 360, brands can present their most compelling stories in an innovative way, bringing the viewer inside a different world through 360 photos and videos.
