We can agree to the fact that Instagram’s existing 60 seconds video limit is not enough for any of us. To tackle the same and cater to the requirements of the young users, Instagram has unveiled its new IGTV app. The IGTV will allow its users to post videos up to 60 minutes long, 3.6 GB in size and in the size of ratio 9:6.

However, the Instagram users with 10,000 followers or more will be able to post videos up to an hour long. Users with fewer followers can post up to only 10 minutes of video.

The announcement to launch the app comes as a response to its popular long-form video rival platform, YouTube. The app is supposed to roll out to all users on iOS and Android over the coming weeks.
