Taking Social media integration to the next level and providing Small and Medium Business holders with yet another convenient feature, Facebook has just launched “Unified Inbox” i.e. One Inbox for all Facebook, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Communication!

This update will apparently include comments made on Facebook posts, direct page posts, page messages, Instagram comments, and so on. The UI is very efficient with separately colored tabs for all channels. This comes as a respite for all the managers who had to keep juggling between apps to manage the social media communication of one account.

The option of managing the platforms from different apps is still available but we at WhiteSparrow believe that this update will surely transform the way Social Media Management Industry functions!
